This summer I am getting eaten alive by some kinda nasty flying insect. I smashed one the other week and still ended up on antibiotics when it started tracking away from the wound. Now I have another and nearly obliterated this one but held back. If there is a next time its gonna be a case of pulling off one leg at a time (er - the bugs that is).
Well that was a week or two ago and thankfully the antibiotic cream may have helped stave off further complications. Anyway - my sis said it might be a ladybird nymph and so off I went and this is like it (mine was less vibrantly coloured).
Not much on the web about these guys biting though...
