Christmas letter

I've known some people to get quite shirty about getting a Christmas letter - perhaps not liking the impersonal nature of it or else perhaps the style of writing can annoy. We love getting a proper dose of news at Christmas from many friends. If you didnt get a card from us, and might have reasonably expected to, that may have been because something went wrong with the usually well-oiled machine meaning that some people may have missed out but we cant tell who!
