earache

Pads was up early today and went to school - passed his cycling proficiency test with 97/100! But then, in the evening, he crumbled quickly as a nasty earache took its toll. He's not got a temp and the pain relief seems to be taking the edge off it. The only other thing to do would be to take him in to hospital but he wrote, as talking hurts a lot, they wouldnt be able to do anything for him. Right now he's watching 'B Movie' while the pain relief takes full effect... thus we're still up waiting for the outcome after the film ends.
While we wait, here I am. Pads does some very nice art/craft things with the play therapist. After we returned from Fishguard he did about 30 small 'marbling' pictures. It occurred to me that we could auction them for charity, perhaps using e-bay. Apart from LATCH, Christian Lewis Trust, CLIC Sargent, TJF, are the main charities that we have benefitted from. This might be a nice way to put a little something back. All the children have been involved in naming the pictures... here's a collage of them created using picasa.
