Another good day after a faltering start

Pads was a bit slow to rise, and he was struggling on Friday. After being quite ill at 7:30, 20 minutes before having to leave for Machen, he was unable to make it in. Ally's morning took another hit after having swerved to avoid a car taking too much space in the lanes and so burst a tire. The other parents and teachers were very kind - one of them took over changing the tyre! By 10, he was ready to go - we just had to sort out the tyre problem - so he was in by 11. One of the things that spurred him on was the thought of a computing lesson in the afternoon with the teacher who had fitted the spare tyre :-)
