After the joy came pain - for Bo, whose foot had really chilled off too much and the re-heating caused serious agony to the point that he does not want to go sledging again tomorrow.

Simple but surprisingly quite offensive question. Why ask here/now? Because everyone needs to be saved and while you are still able to read this and before you sleep tonight you need to ensure you are at peace with your Maker through the Lord Jesus Christ

Rhys' hair line is higher than it was, he reckons if he has 6 more cycles of chemo he may get a full head of hair - however he'd rather be bald!!!!!!
