Cortisol result

Pads has low cortisol, we discovered after the blood test today.
He's getting hydrocortisone tablets: 5mg in the evening and 10mg in the morning.
This may explain why he's found life off steroids hard and should help him to be a bit more zippy in general.
We all slept well last night, in spite of Pads being finally off the dexamethasone steroids. Thankfully, the graduated reduction of this steroid seems to have worked to stop him crashing into a night of pain. He was getting some pain during the evening service last night, and when he went to bed. But this was kept in check with paracetamol and oramorph.
