Thursday early evening at home

It was really good to have Pads home for tea again tonight although he didnt manage much of the fabulous cawl. He's sat on the couch with spasms coming on occasionally (which are very sharp indeed). But it was great to see Uncle Rhys and Auntie Ruth back from America with a rather nice signed model of the NASCAR driver's car that I follow - thanks Twila (wait till I tell Jo!)!
They're looking at picolax for Pad - he's worried about the pain but we're trying to reassure him that it will be not much different to what he's feeling now.
A man in radiotherapy gave Pads a fiver because he looked sad, 'buy some sweets'. But he chose a Dr Who magazine instead...
