The tube has been conquered (for now) and we had a very nice day with Steve, Sally-Ann, Jo and Annwen at Goytre Wharf, everyone really enjoyed paddling the 3-seater canadian that Steve hired. We also relaxed with Ruth and Rhys later on, but Pads could only manage a small bit of burger before the pain in his throat was too much. Tonight he's back to feeling too much pain to talk - reverting to writing things down. So he's gone to bed with codeine.
