Calm day

Nice to have just a fairly calm day. He seems to have brightened up a bit. He didn't want breakfast or to be tube fed all day, but that was not an option after a night off the feed. So I struck a bargain for him to have an hour on and an hour off. At his current maximum speed of 60, that's a pitiful amount of liquid and nutrition - would take around 8 hours to get through a 500ml bottle! So I was quite pleased he consented to keep the feed on all afternoon and into the night.
He's hardly moved more than 100 metres. Managed to veer away from being ill by watching a film. The play therapist visited. His brothers returned from a trip to Weston-Super-Mare, with tales of tennis and donkey rides.
There was much prayer for him and us tonight at the prayer meeting: very encouraging.
