Two bags of blood later (takes about two hours to infuse each one) Pads is looking a lot better and seems perkier. His only significant movements in the afternoon were to get vertical every so often but at least that's something. He's still sore if he moves and there's still a battle raging around his mic-key button site which has made that area quite hard, sore and weepy. He's not eaten anything for days, but the embargo on the tube feeds was lifted yesterday and he's generally tolerating 40ml-per-hour. We look forward to tomorrow's blood counts to see if he's still looking at all likely to be doing the stem-cell harvest this week. If the counts do not come up properly this week then they'll have to restart the G-CSF injections after the next lot of chemo ends.
