We have been enjoying Pads in good health over the last days. Although his salt is still needing a boost (8ml a day), the blood results came back today after clinic with the news that he can stop the amiloride, omeprazole and dioralyte. We also have a date for a month's time to get the Hickman line out.. although that depends on his salt leakiness improving. This is mainly so that he doesnt have to keep having needles to take blood samples.
Pads' covering of hair is getting more noticable every few days. Last year it came back and then fell out again, so we're prepared but hopeful that won't happen again.
