Pads made it out to Swansea last night, with Peniel Green, Llansamlet hosting the latest Gospel Preaching Rally. Dafydd Morris spoke warmly from Psalm 23:1, 'The Lord is my shepherd'.
Everyone was pleased to see him and assure him of their prayers, although this level of attention can be difficult to cope with: he sometimes feels under pressure to perform in a certain way. That's happened a few times recently. There's none of that while tucked up in bed, and a few other places. One of those is Rhys and Ruth's where he spent Thursday night for the first time in weeks. It gives the parents a break too :-)
Yesterday was clinic day. The consultant checked him over and couldn't find much different from the last time. She was impressed with his walking and the way he could look left, the notes said he couldn't do that last time in the same way. Since adjusting to two tube-fed bottles per night, his weight has improved - up to 39.5 kg on the clinic scales.
