Struggling with the pain

Now that the steroids are at a residual dose again the pain in Padi's neck is back. He had break-through relief last night, woke up with it in the early hours and now is digesting another sevredol. It takes a while to work but Ally's on the phone to the nurse because we'll soon run out of medication at this rate.
