Pads emerged from hospital this morning at about 11:30 and we went straight for a burger! There had been some pursuading to do, particularly with the neurosurgeons, but Ally was suitably pursuasive and supported by the oncologist.
He has been so happy to be home. It would be fair to say that Ally is exhausted, not helped by the fire alarm going off in the small hours of this morning.
We should find out more tomorrow but will just have to wait and see. The important thing is to concentrate on getting him better from the surgery.
